Pros

Extremely flexible, truly can make your own schedule. There is income potential. Good health benefits & 401k match. Ability to work on your own, and only report to the office a few times a week. Depending on your area, you truly get a sense of helping the community.

Cons

Managers can be very needy- 4-5 check in calls a day. Pricing plans can be hard to sell- much more expensive than any competition. Near impossible to sell against the AUTHORIZED DEALERS which most customers are more familiar with. 100% commission, NO BASE PAY!!!!! Minimal reimbursements, and you are constantly spending money on gas, tolls, promo materials, etc. You lose time and money if the customer "No-Show"s your appointment...success is contingent on the cooperation of your customers.

Work hard and get rewarded. The owners are fair with everyone. They hired a lot of college students for the Sales Position and they offered flexible hours for those who required it.

Cons

As with most sales jobs, it is a very competitive market and you need to be resilient to succeed.
