      Pros

      When ADT split with Tyco everything went downhill............quickly. Where I use to wake up and couldn't wait to go to work, over the past couple of years I was completely miserable with new management and micro managing

      Cons

      creating self generated leads. The only thing that mattered was bringing in sgl's. quote no longer mattered, close rate did not matter. They turned us into door knocking robots. -

      Good coworkers, benefits, available overtime, pay

      Cons

      have to sell your soul to company. Constantly changing policies that benefits the company and in no way the worker. Was great while in college however they changed the scheduling policy so you could no later work around school you had to change your schedule to be around work which is almost impossible depending on your major. Not understanding at all when life happens ie military wife needed time off while husband went active because she had no one to watch their kids on the weekend and they refused to give her off.
