I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Silverdale, WA) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process was very easy and brief. They just wanted to fill as many bodies as they could. It was a sales based job, so sheer volume of associates was all they cared about. Interview
It was very quick and I was hired in less than 10 minutes. I didn't think they really cared who I was, they were just in dire need of more employees and would accept just about anyone at that time.
