Sears Sales Associate interview questions

I turned in my application and then i got a call for an interview. I came in on time, waited an hour, then a normal interview. they asked if I had time for another so i waited another hour to meet a higher up and got interviewed by her. I could tell the company was little disorganized. They asked me the same basic questions about past experiences and how i handled them.
