Interview
It was a massing showing for all applicants that lasted about 3 rounds. Various degrees of speaking in public and having one on one interviews with management. Each interview was long due to number of people attending, as the one and one interviews happened while the groups sat in the waiting room, and groups event happened before/after.

They mainly asked questions about your previous employment, how you would handle situations, etc. They basically put you in the job plenty of times and tested your response as well as assessed your work background.

Interview
The interview process was different I had to go through 3 different interview with the main management of that store. One of the managers wasn't even over the department I was going for. Each manager took part in the interview process and basically asked either the same or similar questions. Some people say that Sears is hard to get work at I can understand the reason behind that.

Interview
I was sent an email for a phone interview first. Once I passed that interview I was immediately set up for a face-to-face interview in store with a manager. The interview was pretty quick I was asked basic behavioral questions and questions about any related work experience and was given a description of the job and shown around the store. I received a call back within a week.
