Interview
It was a massing showing for all applicants that lasted about 3 rounds. Various degrees of speaking in public and having one on one interviews with management. Each interview was long due to number of people attending, as the one and one interviews happened while the groups sat in the waiting room, and groups event happened before/after.

So for my interview I first met with the Home Improvement Manager. We sat in one of the offices and he went over the job description and pay and answered some of the basic interview questions.
