I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sears (Idaho Falls, ID) in Apr 2015
Interview
Had three separate interviews with three separate individuals. The interviews were you run of the mill interviews. The must frustrating thing was after I was offered the job, I wasn't given any direction. I was left to just show up. They didn't explain how to clock in for example or how to check my weekly schedule.
I applied online and within a 2-3 weeks received an email requesting to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview went fairly well. She asked a lot of sales focused questions where I had to give specific examples of things I have done - pretty typical. The call was not from the local store I applied to. She was very friendly and professional, took notes the whole time, and said she would pass the results onto the hiring manager at the local store who would contact me if interested.

Interview
Job Fair at the Embassy Suites, Costa Mesa, CA. This job fair was only for Sales and Management positions. He read my resume and asked me questions about the sales position I was in and my past work experience. He told me that it was commission only and that I would have to work some evenings. He was committed to helping me become successful.
