Interview
I completed the application online. I was called in for a group interview in which they asked questions to the entire group and it was basically a free for all as to who wanted to answer each question. I was selected to interview one on one for the cashier seasonal position. The manager asked me basic questions about previous jobs, sales experience, times I dealt with a difficult customer, etc. I was hired on the spot after the one on one interview and started a few days later.
