Sears Cashier interview questions

Was a poor, and unorganized interview in which I was asked my availability, and other common questions. Basically sat down with one of the managers, as she tried to sell me on making more money by selling credits. There was a lot of pressure from that aspect, as she proclaimed that if I did not sell credits, my time at sears would be very brief.Overall, it was a painful experience altogether, and I am glad I got out of there when I did.

very easy and basic questions told the basic details of the job. what was expected from each individual daily goal wise. also shown around the work area and the break room.
