Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Waarom denk jij dat je in staat bent om te presteren in een organisatie waar de dynamiek uiterst hoog is?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Tokio) in Feb 2022
Interview
First interview was with Talent Acquisition. It was good interview for about 20 mins. The questions were basic, why recruitment and why Robert Walters.
The second interview was with 4 Associate Directors and Directors from 4 different divisions. It lasted for 2 hours.
The third one was with 4 Associate Directors and Directors from 2 different divisions that chose you from the second interview. Another 2 hour interview. The questions were mostly behavioral.
The fourth interview was with 3 Managers from the one division that interested in you. However, I was told later that they could not move forward. The Talent Acquisition mentored me how to answers, and even though I provided my best answers, their feedback on why they did not take me was kind of weird. They told me that they have concerns with my sales skills, even though they already knew from the beginning that I am a fresh graduate thus I have no sales skills.
I feel like they wasted my time, I was interviewed for 6 hours in total only to get rejected. If they didn’t want a candidate with no sales skills they should’ve rejected me from the very beginning.
Interview questions were repetitive, and it sounds like they did not have proper discussion with the other managers within their own division.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Tokio)
Interview
Was approached by a consultant and offered to work for the company and went through the interview. I had 5 in total with Talent acquisition, director, associate directors, managers and final one in person with director and managers again. It was overall pretty smooth and easy ones for me.
