New York Life interview questions

I got the interview via northeastern and there was only one round. One of the most pathetic interview I have ever seen. Interview was taken by interns. Like how can they see and identify potential employee. Selection process was very biased and selected their friends and people from their community. They grilled me during interview with questions of Java,Spring,Spring Boot and SQL. they gave me leetcode medium question to solve with 15 mins which is ridiculous. Very Very unprofessional interview and ghosted me for months and still I no communication or feedback

spoke with recruiter on phone. meet in person at local houston office. asked many questions and explained the process. explained role is commision based and based off your own client list. not your typical 9 to 5 job
