New York Life interview questions

The interview process began very well, with great communication and follow-through. However, after dragging me through 4 rounds, speaking to 5 different people over the span of 2 months, they ghosted me. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time.

3 rounds of interview. HR, Hiring Manager and Department head. HR was behavioral questions and Hiring Manager was about fit. Department head interview was random questions where they acted disengaged and I was wasting his time. Whole process took 2.5 months. After the final interview was ghosted. Follow-up multiple times but no response and no update from the online site. Only found out through a LinkedIn update of the hired person
