The interview was very time consuming. The recruiter and local contact were both friendly, but did not answer important questions directly regarding compensation, marketing and support. Upon the 3rd interview, after multiple times they confirmed a salary comparable to my goals, they pivoted to say the first year was commission and bonus only. It was very misleading and time consuming.

easy, very general questions, be prepared to answer questions about current job in detail. the role and responsibility and how are you handling different stake holders. Talk about your achievements and goals, be very natural you will be fine
