New York Life interview questions

There were many rounds of interviews with each focusing on different aspects including personal background and how you would fit in at this position. As we progressed deeper into the rounds of interviews, the questions became more related to the position and daily functions.

The interview process was a total of three days. I felt like i was being lied to about the pay. I had mentioned that I’ve been in commission jobs for a long time and i wanted a break. He said it was not commission based and i proceed with the second interview. Durning the second interview, i realized the PowerPoint he was taking me through was explaining pay and it was a 100% commission job
