I applied through college or university. I interviewed at New York Life
Interview
Applied through college career services. Phone call next day with basic questions and setting up interview time. Interview was fairly easy with some prep beforehand. Behavioral questions and getting to know you. Nothing too technical... explaining the interview process and what will happen. Basically trying to see if you're friendly and personable. Also took computer aptitude test.
Didn't like because it seemed like they were trying too hard and "selling" the job too much which raised red flag in my book
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (El Paso, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online and got called in for my first interview to go over the raw basic outlook of the job. Got called for the second interview to go over a financial review of an anonymous customer to see what the process would be. The third interview was with my spouse to go over compensation and benefits.
