I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New York Life (Tysons Corner, VA) in May 2016
Interview
Called into the office, interviewer talks to you about the company and gauges your response. The interviewer seemed very put together and very knowledgeable- was also a really cool guy so there's that. He says that he interviews a lot of people so his script is very well rehearsed. Research about the company and what they want. They seem like good people doing good things so I think that interviewing here should be a no-brainer.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2014
Interview
The hiring process consisted of a series of interviews. The first interview was a phone screening, the second a brief assessment about common knowledge of mutual life insurance, terminology etc, and lastly the third was an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of several pre-set questions. Overall I found this process to be pretty standard and seamless.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New York Life (Riverside, CA) in May 2016
Interview
It was a one on one, face to face interview. Interviewer was very nice and knowledgeable. I walked out of the interview process wanting to work here. Got a call back and got a second interview where they ask you to present a market plan for how youre going to sell their product. Overall good experience
