I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New York Life (Tysons Corner, VA) in May 2016
Interview
Called into the office, interviewer talks to you about the company and gauges your response. The interviewer seemed very put together and very knowledgeable- was also a really cool guy so there's that. He says that he interviews a lot of people so his script is very well rehearsed. Research about the company and what they want. They seem like good people doing good things so I think that interviewing here should be a no-brainer.
