Jet interview questions

The recruiters for Jet are fantastic. The interview process started with an over the phone interview and concluded with two in house interviews. I was quite impressed with the timeliness and the professionalism displayed by Jets recruitment team throughout the interview process. I never felt like I was kept out of the loop during the process. The part I enjoyed the most was the chance to tour the new facility in SLC and get a taste of the great culture that Jet has established.Everyone is incredibly friendly and I always left very impressed with every step of the interview process.

Phone interview - very inexperience person, was reading from a script and not listening to the questions I had for her. It was apparent they are way over their head trying to get this distribution location off the ground. Good Luck you guys will struggle if you don't get experienced HR help!
