Jet Customer Service Representative interview questions

Slow communication. They send auto generated emails. No real communication with humans. You feel more like a number rather an individual. The process seemed low class and awkward. I was not impressed with the process, they also state to ask a question as needed through email and they will reply. I asked a few and never received an actual response.
