I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jet in Feb 2017
Interview
The company doesn't want to pay for how much the position is worth. They were over 30k under average market value for the position and the position would require a lot. Tesla down the street from them is paying 40k more for similiar positions with less responsibilities. Jet.com will have a hard time getting people to their Sparks area with the pay they are offering.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Jet (Dublín, Dublín) in Aug 2016
Interview
6 interviews spaced out over about 3 months, most remote, all technical components to the tests. One (near the end) was with a third party company (karat.io).
Overall every employee I interviewed with was pleasant enough and the tech seems pretty interesting, but the process was a joke. They treated me pretty poorly (and they apparently they really liked me too!) and they were disorganized and uncommunicative at every turn - put me right off the company and the role.
They had absolutely no transparency in the process - kept telling me that the next interview would be the last and so on. Was told at the end that the last interview would be a 'rubber stamp' in person interview and then we'd talk offers, only to receive no offer!
I left it three months to write this review so I could try and have a modicum of objectivity, but this one was hard to swallow.
I've heard they've since hired someone in Dublin to manage the process so I hope things have improved, but I've never been messed around so much by a potential employer in my entire career.

Question 1
Lots of algorithmic questions, easy enough if you do your homework in advance.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Gardner, KS) in Jan 2017
Interview
The recruiter was late calling for the interview then promised to send me an e-mail the next week for another interview. Then nothing......never got another call so I emailed them and got a response that I was not moving forward.
