Inconsistent management Unreasonable area manager No bonus incentives for boutique associates or key holders Understaffed Not enough hours to destribute fairly Managers don't let you help with visuals Managers give you tasks that they don't want to do - cleaning. Basically, they do all of the fun visual direction in the store and you're there to clean and keep it tidy. Home office refuses to put sensors on clothing and store employees are held responsible for shrink

Small family like environment. Decent discount. Most customers are fun. Work day goes by fast because there is always something to do

Cons

Constantly changing promotions that they often do not give adequate time for set up. Terrible pay. Discount is different for managers than rest of staff. No room for growth. And when you discuss interest in moving up they don't give you constrictive feedback.

It's fun - work isn't hard.

Cons

Not a lot is expected from you - the manager's aren't enforced to grow and develop the employees. Very laid back atmosphere - no client base. No rewards or bonuses for key holders/sales assistants - No real reason for the employees to work and try harder. DEAD END JOB.
