Francesca's will mentally drain you and cause you to no longer have passion for the industry. Through my years with them I watched them drain so many talented individuals. They underpay for every single position at the store level, not to mention they have recently officially dropped every bonus incentive program for all store level employees. By far the worst company I have ever worked for. I wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

Upper management has no Idea what their doing, They never answer your calls or emails. No support at the boutique level what so ever, and corporate office is even worst. There have been so many changes and no communication to boutiques who are your money makers. No consistency with corporate office either.
