Coworkers were very kind and sweet. Fun environment to work in. multitasking is rewarded at the Francesca's environment.

Cons

High school, cliquey mentality, immature and unethical (borderline racist) assistant manager (she made a lot of derogatory statements towards my ethnicity and race) store manager who would not help me with the said matter, prejudice against minorities and especially towards asian workers/ customers.

Lousy pay Low raises Corporate employees are rude . Buyers suck! The quality of what they use to sell was way better. I really feel sorry for the store managers because they have it the worse. Being in Houston prevents them from moving into a corporate position. Allowed 10 days pto and you can use then when you want. Since going public stock options force you to stay committed. Atmosphere of corporate office is very catty and messy. Full of snobbish people. So worried about opening a million stores a year instead of giving better raises.

This company does not care about you. All they care about is sales and they will do anything to make the employees feel like it's their fault. The store manager I had was amazing but she would put herself on the line whenever we had an issue in our lives that needed our attention. She should not have to risk her job to help us. The company will push numbers for goals that make no sense. This company wants you to slave yourself but the pay doesn't match. I really wasn't trained, the customers are so rude and get away with it because the company wants a sale they don't care about you being respected.
