~This listing could go on and on ~Inconsistency in decision making from Home Office ~The pay is NO WAY comparable to competitors ~No direct contact to Home Office personnel; which can cause major problems since there is always a lack there of on effective and clear communications ~Company didn't pay out my last full week of work, however after having to fight for my PTO that they attempted to keep I just rather not deal with any of them

Some truly unique/quality garments, many cute/affordable gifts, lots of freedom towards visuals, close staff, frequent and exact sales #'s are easily attainable and made clear to entire staff, get to wear the jewelry every shift, exposure to a variety of merchandising vocabulary/skills

Cons

Simply put...the company currently lacks; direction, strong brand identity, training, decent employee discounts, leadership, up to date POS registers, efficient quality appliances (needed for store upkeep), apparent objective, space for shipment/to even simply sit during break, work/personal life balance, reasonable compensation, accountability, and constructive communication on behalf of upper management

Pros

Great products and easy dress code. Fun environment. Make our own schedule. Don't really have to do anything if you don't want. Can get away with anything.

Cons

Anything and everything! No mentoring from upper management to store managers. Regional managers do not do their job and never answer the phone when you need them because they are to busy out drinking with area managers. Do not work here! Pays is terrible and so is upper management
