Pros
There is rarely a day where I am in a bad mood about going into work. The people there are passionate about what they do and what to share they knowledge and experience. I've seen this company grow from a small business into a large, flourishing corporation. While you are provided with a lot of direction in regard to visual presentations, you still have a lot of freedom to give your store its own personality.
Cons
I've been placed as a lower management running a store without a general manager twice now, once as a key holder and now as the assistant manager. So I'm doing the work of a Boutique Manager without the pay or benefits of one. The pay isn't good compared to what other companies are giving their management team. Transfers, markdowns, minor floor sets, and other operational tasks are often sprung on you last minute without giving you the payroll to complete them (therefore taking you and your staff off of the sales floor and away from guests to do them). As they are growing, there are plenty of kinks they need to work out.
