Pros

There can be the chance to meet lots of friendly colleagues. If you are a bubbly person who can work hard and have fun at the dame time, then it's a decent opportunity to start up your career.

Cons

No much point in trying to tell the truth, when this website doesn't allow you to do so!!! Be careful to the ignorance of the LGW managers. Too much policy of terror, intimidation, in some way "breach of human rights" as well as "discrimination"

Amazing colleagues, base Amsterdam very fresh and new, lots of opportunities

Cons

Only great as a start for your career, as soon as you gained the experience, move to an other airline. Minimum wage payment, no benefits, no pension, no travel allowance, provided food is minimal compared to other bases, sector pay less than other bases, commission pay less than other bases, no sick pay and even worse, when sick you need to pay back your basic salary for the sick days. Very long hours and days, for minimum pay.
