Salary is good enough for the amount of hours .

Cons

Managers won't support you or appreciate you ,lots of negativity going on ,badmouthing between colleagues, if you have some mental health condition they can trigger you and could find any little thing to go against you or pick on you which gives you a feeling of discomfort and disappointment and a bitter taste in your mouth.

Cons

Awful company to work for. Unfair treatment of employees. Grads are taken advantage of and simply treated as cheap labour with no opportunity to progress nor a competitive offer at the end of the scheme.
