Pros

Great opportunities to grow if you survive to the workload. International tem. Good salaries + bonus + free shares

Cons

Workload. Turnover is very high. People laeve after a while because it is a tough enviroment to work in. You have to love your job and to have excellent time management skills to cope with stress.

Pros

Free shares, extra holiday, Traveling around Europe

Cons

Very bad senior management, who have a complete lack of people management. Greedy bosses only interested in how much of a bonus lines their pocket!

Pros

the greatest thing about working for easyjet is the fact that no two days are the same, and each day is presented with new challanges. all staff are willing and always able to offer to help. managment are fantastic and really understanding.

Cons

the shift pattern can be a little unpredictable, especially with home standbys and airport standbys. but rest days are generous.
