Very flat hierarchy - daily exposure to senior management. There is never a dull moment - it is a fun and exciting place to work. Has unrivaled ambitions and is showing growth in the right direction. Good support network.

Cons

It's representation to customer's - not reflective of it being a good place to work. Can be a bit chaotic when it comes to arranging meetings.
