I've learned more in my time at EXP than I learned with a major local brick and mortar brokerage.

Cons

It's kind of a pain to get MLS lockboxes but that is more of an MLS issue than EXP

Good for motivated individuals

Pros

Commission splits are decent, though not the best I have ever seen, they have very successful teams all over Canada that are almost always looking for new talent. Good place to be if you are a new realtor, or even an experienced veteran in the industry, and are self-motivated

Cons

Since it is a cloud based brokerage, realtors who need to be in the office to get tasks done will suffer
