      Remote, had a positive experience in the beginning before new management

      Cons

      Took away great worker benefits such as Classpass, put in new management that micromanaged and brought down team morale. Complaints from staff were heavily overlooked constantly.

      Pros

      The commission structure allows its realtors to make great money. And also has a public stock in which its employees get shares of as they accumulate deals. They also have profit share with the agents that they hire on the company will pay you a percentage for their continued success.

      Cons

      Just like most companies you have to cap out before making 100% commission .
