High cap fees. They only care about your money if you're a team owner. If a team steals from you then they won't step in an protect the little guys

I've learned more in my time at EXP than I learned with a major local brick and mortar brokerage.

Cons

It's kind of a pain to get MLS lockboxes but that is more of an MLS issue than EXP
