      Pros

      The rev share and Stock have completely change my life. I know longer have any bad months in real estate no ups and downs. The camaraderie is like nothing I’ve ever seen and I came from RE/MAX on a 95% split. I live on rev share in my commissions are a bonus going towards taxes and investment properties now. All because I introduced 15 agents to the company and that turn to almost 300 in just two years. I am completely blown away with this company.

      Cons

      If you come on to this company and you are somewhat new make sure that you come on underneath a team leader personality because I hear if you don’t the experience won’t be as satisfying. I personally coach my agents once a week.

      Pros

      Growth potential, "agent owned" brokerage says it all. I am One of the youngest Remax lifetime achievement award winner in the state of Tennessee with over 1000 career home sold. I left RE/MAX after all 13 years because I see the vision of "Agent Owned" brokerage and wanted to liberate the real estate industry and teach more agents how to build their own personal brands instead of other peoples brands.

      None at all this company was created and run by unselfish people that care and understand the needs of agents firsI am a Remax lifetime achievement award winner in the state of Tennesseet

      Pros

      Low Cap, Cloud Environment, Cutting-Edge Technology (others can only duplicate), Excellent Support & Training, Freedom, Agent-Owned, Mobile. I could go on and on. I've been at other "mega" agencies and this is more than I could have hoped for. I am so thankful for this company. Finally, an agency that really cares and isn't teaching leadership to take advantage of others. A great company with outstanding morals. What a fresh new idea!

      Cons

      None that I could even imagine. The only "negative" some may see is the lack of a brick and mortar office but I see this is freedom, and the ability to have a "meeting" from home in the Cloud with my Avatar in my pj's with my coffee is so liberating!
