      Pros

      There's a lot of support and resources for brokers. You can get your questions answered by the principal brokers fairly quickly. You can get your commission check same day as closing.

      Cons

      Not much effort to bring brokers together in person.

      Collaboration is Amazing!

      Pros

      Collaboration, Education, ease of talking with a Broker in the Broker room, stock, revenue share, mentorship! Work from home and not having to be on "desk duty". Education is available by video 24/7.

      Cons

      There are no cons in my 8 yrs of being with this brokerage.
