Pros

eXp Realty has one of the best technology platforms among all large real estate brokerages IMO. It's efficient business model with no brick and mortar offices allows profits to be distributed to its stakeholders. Great culture of collaboration and positiveness allows one to thrive. Lots of good ideas and upper management listens.

Cons

Sometimes it's nice to have a brick and mortar office but the local virtual office works too.
