      Great work environment, agents work togeather to succeed. Lower Caps, More Streams of Income, Profit Share, Stock, Tons of Education, and the list goes on.

      - Fully remote - Unlimited PTO - Flexible schedules - Great benefits - Company covers all license expenses/ CE.

      Cons

      - Team leader's PTO policies make it hard to actually take time off, they encourage you to just work from where ever you travel, and want you to be available at all times. - Limited advancement opportunities. - You are expected to hold a real estate license, but not allowed to practice real estate in this department.
