This is not necessarily a con for me, but I realize this could be a con/difficulty for many others. Customer-facing jobs are always challenging, it requires a tough skin, emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and good problem-solving skills. Some may acquire and improve upon those with experience, for others, it may take longer. Another possible con is with the WFH format, many people aren't suited for that kind of format and are better off working from an office. My best advice to those who consider WFH is to strongly assess their compatibility with it. I have been working from home for quite a while now, have decent time-management skills, so for me - more of a blessing than a curse.

Some employees and managers have no moral value and push you to sell to people who clearly cannot afford the product, some of them very ill. No 10Bis, you have to pay for your own food every day.
