People - My Director and VP are awesome Product - ZoomInfo is a revenue generator not a nice to have so it is way easier to sell then most products. Pay - OTE at ZoomInfo can easily be overachieved. Most places give you a crazy high OTE but the chances of you hitting it are slim. At ZoomInfo the OTE seems average but you can easily exceed it.

The best part is that it works across all industries and all size companies. - Great comp plans: Comp plans are great, quotas are incredibly fair and you will be flush with resources (tools, strong leadership, coaching, etc) in order to help you succeed! The final piece I'll add - I've never worked at a company with so much upward opportunity. That goes for both individual contributors and leaders - there is always opportunity to grow if you are putting in the work!
