      1.Toxic environment and toxic managers 2.forced to come to office even with health issues 3. Both men and women are disrespected. 4.No hike no bonus no benefits 5.zero work life balance 6.very very less compensation compared to market that why many PPL resign soon 7.no growth 8.no promotion 9. No cabs provided like other companies 11.silent firing

      Pros

      Product is recognizable and market leading, resources and support systems for reps are established, great training and professional development opportunity.

      Cons

      Most reps are very unhappy. The router system is very shady and creates great disparity between reps. Difficult to make good money due to the "cash collected" aspect of the comp plan. Market increasingly saturated and ZoomInfo has lost its step.

      Pros

      Was great to start, for first 6 months. Tool is great. People are good, no leadership in my office lol

      Cons

      Customers/prospects absolutely hate us bc of robot messaging and spamming calls at them. No guidance from my manager on how to have success when going inbound to outbound, thrown into the fire and expected to figure it out with more output. Have had 6 managers in a year
