      Discrimination, Stay away!!!

      Pros

      Nothing at the moment- It used to be a great company but all got taken away at this point. The comp. Plan was better than the rest of the market but since they changed the comp. Plan last month it’s the same.

      Cons

      I’m working as part of the international team and I’m being abused, disrespected and discriminated due to my nationality, and so my peers are. We’re delivering better results than our colleagues overseas and they still getting faster promotions, and have better career opportunities because of their location. This place used to be amazing, such a shame how giving power to the wrong people will destroy everything you built.

      Stay away even if you're desperate

      - the product is great

      Cons

      - pay is below standard and quotas are enormous - micromanaged to death and the work never stops.100+ email internal chains on weekends -chop shop. if you start january 1, the faces you see on december 31 next to you will be super different - terrible culture of “passing the buck” downhill. everyone is getting whipped by their direct manager from entry level through VPs

      Pay is decent Brand Zoominfo Good exposure and a great product

      Cons

      Customer experience team in India treats it's employees with no respect, ridicules the employees for no reason. Leadership doesn't have any idea about employee experience. Not one employee in the CX team is happy or satisfied. Extreme micro management by the senior director. Leads/managers lack empathy and doesn't have any idea about people management. This is more like a factory in the 18th century where no regards are given to the employees. Absolutely no flexibility. Hardly any leaves are approved, if approved then they will make you feel horrible for taking it. Strict work from office. They reject wfh requests no matter how important it is for the employee. Horrible work life balance.
