The company has good benefits to offer. Good working hours.

Cons

They teach you to lie about how you can gather information from other companies. They really make you undermine your integrity for meeting your weekly, monthly goal. Very poor language is used throughout the office everyday.

There are good people in every department with good intentions to make DiscoverOrg a true competitor in the marketplace.

Cons

The work environment is toxic and confusing. On one hand, you have nurturing and supportive leaders working to make sure you succeed. On the other hand, you have leadership who cannot see beyond the current fiscal month to make any foundational decisions that would truly impact the months and years ahead. Marketing and sales tactics are severely outdated. The upper level management have taken a strong stance against inbound marketing—rather ,they have built a business on glorified telemarketing masked as "research."
