Pros

Biomet has a great work atmosphere. They give generous compensation and you can have a sense of fulfillment by helping to create quality medical devices that can end up saving lives or improving their quality.

Cons

The only downside of working at Biomet is the location. Much of the company is based around it's headquarters in Warsaw, IN, a small town in the middle of nowhere. It's probably nice for people who like small towns, but it's definitely not for everyone.

Pros

Very professional people that I worked with in the Research area. Making products that help people improve their lives is rewarding.

Cons

We would get started on projects and then have the funding cut for a quarter, or a year, then get restarted. Budget priorities seemed to always be shifting.
