I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Bloomington, IN)
Interview
Overall pretty basic, with mostly behavioral questions. There were 2 interviews and for the 2nd round it starts with a seminar of previous interns telling you why to join. Overall interesting process and had great conversations.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Warsaw, IN)
Interview
I had an initial short video interview with the hiring manager, then I had another round of interviews. One 1 hour video interview with the hiring manager and then another 1 hour video interview with the two other managers in the department. I actually ended up with a job offer from one of the other managers instead of the hiring manager I initially interviewed with.
It was all remote due to the interviewers availability. It consisted of three phone interviews. One with the recruiter then two more with management. Overall nothing too difficult or time consuming
