Zimmer Biomet is a great place to work. It has a great mission: To relieve pain. What could be better than that?

Cons

Low pay, low opportunity for advancement, huge disconnect between management and the front line. Peter Principle is alive and well. Think automotive in the '70's. Management is almost exclusively White men. Don't let them kid you with all of the CEO' 's talk about inclusion. Even his staff would not be considered diverse.

Cons

Management sucks! Director is rude and speaks as a dictator rather than management. Does not care for employees! You are just a number although they say employees (people first)! No competitive compensation!
