Pros
Zimmer Biomet is a great place to work. It has a great mission: To relieve pain. What could be better than that?
Cons
Low pay, low opportunity for advancement, huge disconnect between management and the front line. Peter Principle is alive and well. Think automotive in the '70's. Management is almost exclusively White men. Don't let them kid you with all of the CEO' 's talk about inclusion. Even his staff would not be considered diverse.
