Desperate to hire anyone. Hard to get fired.

Cons

Supervisor and group leader don't understand the process and procedures are regulated for compliance with the FDA. Traceability and verification steps prove you maintained those standards as they were approved. Hiding non-conformances and deviations. And allowing workers to do what they want means this place won't be around forever. Unless the company cleans house of these incompetent personnel.
