      Leadership does not care for workforce. Expects managers to fix issues without support. Old school, leadership is male dominant and cannot handle productive changes that would drive business forward.

      Overall compensation and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Every year, and its always the same: it's the older, more experienced (expensive) workers who get laid off, and then, you see a junior person announcing their promotion on Linkedin.

      They do give yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for. Too many cooks in the kitchen that can't cook and can't read recipes.
