They’re as corporate as you can possibly be. Every rep is treated like they are just another employee on a conveyor belt. Got laid off after 3 months of accepting offer and relocating to a brand new city all because of a “world wide company reorganization” and “position elimination.” Got hired at the end of the year knowing layoffs were coming in January (1000+ employees). Forced to abide by a non-compete after a very short tenure of employment so was unable to work for any other company that sold similar products in the same division. Unprofessional atmosphere, leadership is extremely cut throat and aren’t there to help support you to grow business. Everyone is only out for each other and the money and will throw another teammate in the dirt if it makes them look good. There is no “team” aspect, and helping others seems to be a chore. They have zero professional training. None of the reps are given any emphasis on how important clinical training is and knowing what products are the most ideal for certain types of fractures or procedures. Missing inventory from hospitals was almost impossible to get restocked. You’re forced to learn products in an uncomfortable atmosphere. Operative techniques are vague and leave out major product details. Management is unprofessional and can be aggressive at times. Managers are also not even located in the field, only by zoom or phone call and they have hardly any idea what’s going on in the territory and how to best help the reps and surgeons. They promise you the world, and give you the bare minimum. You are also micromanaged from 6am until 9pm and giving your best is somehow never enough. Don’t work for them. Horrible company and toxic culture.

Senior management is dictatorial, no empowerment to middle management and employees, such that it does not drive employee engagement. Management do not walk the talk.
