      Pros

      The money is really good. The hours for hourly employees are great. The work is fairly easy. The environment is clean and safe.

      Cons

      Dwindling benefits over the years to line the board's pockets. Lots of lies told to keep folks quiet. Upper management are heartless! Hourly employees' ideas are not taken seriously or stolen to advance a manager's career.
