      Pros

      Some of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The work/life balance is pretty good. The benefit package is very good, although the salary level is low. Carl Zeiss Vision has a good reputation when it comes to a perception of quality.

      Cons

      The management is horrible, especially senior management. Moral is low. Communication is non-existent. The good talent leaves within a year or so. Every project is planned with a lack of strategy and time, so the quality is lacking.

      Some remarkable technology and products.

      Cons

      The MOST toxic culture I have ever had in over 30 years. Ridiculous inept management, they would tell you something one day and change it the next. Never felt like my direct supervisor or upper management supported the employee.

      Pros

      Lost of vacation time and sick time. Also you can get free Zeiss lenses every year. Cannot think of anything else

      Cons

      Zero job security and lack of leadership. There is no stability and the changing in management every two years, changes the whole dynamic of the company.
